Applications

This YG1 E5245 series solid carbide finishing end mill features four flutes and a 30° helix angle that balances core strength with chip evacuation for smooth finishing passes in steels, stainless steels, tool steels, hardened steels, titanium, and nickel/high-temperature alloys. The single-end design with center cutting capability allows plunge and ramping operations, while the lack of a corner radius focuses the cut on sharp edges for precise detail work.
