Its 30° helix angle, diamond coating, and four-flute design provide excellent shearing action and wear resistance, particularly effective in abrasive carbon or glass fiber composites. This combination reduces fiber pullout and edge chipping during profiling and trimming.
Optimized for non-ferrous applications, the diamond coating’s hardness manages abrasive fibers efficiently, while the 4-flute geometry balances chip evacuation and surface finish. The stub length minimizes tool deflection, ensuring consistent results. The lack of a corner radius emphasizes smooth cutting edges suited for finishing passes.
